Privacy policy
Last updated: 13 October 2026
This notice explains how Lokiworks handles personal data on lokiworks.dev. It covers the contact form, email and the analytics you can choose to allow. The privacy policies of our games stay on their own pages and are not changed by this notice.
Who is responsible
The data controller is Lokiworks (sole proprietorship), Manisa, Türkiye. You can reach us at [email protected] or +90 532 420 67 24.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, company (optional), the service you are interested in and your message.
- Technical data: a one-way hash of your IP address and your browser's user agent (browser and operating system), stored with your message to stop spam. We do not keep the IP address itself.
- Analytics (only with your consent): anonymous page statistics through Google Analytics 4, such as which pages are visited and from which country.
- Cookies: described in the cookie policy.
We do not ask for sensitive personal data. Please do not include it in your message.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and, under Turkish law, KVKK Art. 5(2)(c).
- To protect the form against abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f); KVKK Art. 5(2)(f)).
- To understand which pages are useful, only if you accept analytics cookies. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for automated decisions.
Who we share it with
- Resend delivers the email notification about your message to our inbox. Its servers may be outside Türkiye.
- Cloudflare provides our network, security and bot protection (Turnstile) and processes connection data to keep the site available.
- Google Analytics receives page statistics only after you accept analytics cookies.
These providers act on our instructions. Where data leaves Türkiye or the EEA, it is transferred under the safeguards the provider offers, such as standard contractual clauses, and with your explicit consent where Turkish law requires it.
How long we keep it
Contact form messages are kept for 24 months after you send them and then deleted automatically. If your enquiry becomes a project, the related correspondence is kept for as long as the law requires for business records.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to its use, or ask for a copy. Under KVKK Art. 11 you also have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to whom it was transferred and to claim compensation for unlawful processing.
Send your request to [email protected]. We answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or, if you live in the EU, to your local data protection authority.
Changes
We update this notice when the way we handle data changes. The date at the top always shows the latest version.
